Three principal components
- Improving Jones Beach creates 50 ac. of new parkland, a park within the park.
- Improving the parkland with a dual-use ribbon of asphalt allows a temporary large-scale venue to host the U.S.Grand Prix, then used for public recreation.
- A proper large-scale Formula One venue in New York becomes the basis for a permanent Formula 1 advertising campaign in Manhattan.
